A calm and cosy apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) in the Résidence domain of Villars, within walking distance of the ski slopes. Located on the uppermost (2nd) floor and facing south, it has a wonderful view of the mountains from either of the two balconies. It can easily accommodate 4 people with its 85m² and 2 bedrooms, each of them with its own recently renovated bathroom. The first room has a king size bed, while the second one has 2 single beds which can be combined if needed. The kitchen has been fully renovated in 2021. Access to a basement garage is included in the booking. 

In winter, you will especially enjoy the chalet atmosphere of this apartment thanks to its fireplace. All year long you will admire the view of the Dents du Midi and the Mont Blanc and enjoy the sun from the South balcony.

During peak season, bookings can only be made by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
The rest of the year, bookings are for a minimum of 2 days.

Not included in the displayed total is a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (140 CHF/stay).
Household linens (sheets, towels, dishcloths) can be made available upon request (25 CHF/person - beds will be made for you).
The tourist tax is also not included in the total (feel free to ask for further information).
Babies and toddlers are welcome, but the apartment has no specific provisions for them.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The Residence domain is a very quiet district of chalets Iocated at the entrance to Villars and close to the Roc d'Orsay gondola.
The shops and restaurants located in the town center are reachable by car (2.5km) or through pedestrian walkway (25-30 min).
Other locations close by include the train station, 3km from the apartment, and the Villars golf course at a distance of 8km.
It is recommended to travel by car. In winter, special equipment such as snow tires or snow chains may be necessary to easily reach the apartment in the event of heavy snowfall.
